How to Draw a Little Monster Licking Lollipop Using Pen Tablet

In this Photoshop tutorial we shall give a detailed description how to draw a little monster licking lollipop. I created the foundation of our little monster pic in Photoshop, then I used pen tablet to draw the sketch and, finally, I have managed to make a full-fledged illustration.
